Welcome to Harwell Bowls Club

 

 
Harwell Bowls Club is situated in the village next to the recreation ground and the Harwellian Club.
 
We are a small and friendly club, which was formed in 1932. We are always looking for more bowlers, whether beginners or experienced. Come along and try it, getting some fresh air and gentle exercise at the same time. All you need is some flat soled shoes.

Driving Miss Daisy: Our sponsor for the next three years

Harwell Bowls Club is pleased to announce that Driving Miss Daisy Didcot (DMDD) will be their proud sponsor for the next three years.

 Miss Daisy is about to commence year 3 of sponsoship

DMDD offers companionship and transportation services to individuals who live alone or have accessibility needs. By partnering with them, we aim to encourage more players or spectators to enjoy the benefits of our sport. These benefits include improved fitness, coordination, and skill development, increased confidence and self-esteem, better mental well-being, and most importantly, community support and connection.
